Spirit of Community

The Foundation is honored to annually award the Spirit of Community Awards. The intent of the individual category award is to shine light on the extraordinary generosity and leadership of outstanding individuals, families, or companies who demonstrate community spirit through their service and giving. An award is also presented to a nonprofit organization that is committed to bringing about a positive change in our community. The individual recipient directs a $500 grant to the organization of his or her choice, and the nonprofit organization recipient also receives a $500 grant.

Nominations are accepted from March 1 through May 20 each year and awards are presented during the summer.
